Fall Day Camp at Academy Mill Farm

Enroll your 7 to 14-year-olds for Fall Day Camp at Academy Mill Farm! From 10:00am to 2:00pm on October 5th through 9th, campers will learn about regenerative farming in small-but-special Rutledge, Georgia. During Fall Camp, we'll be welcoming Special Guest Dr. White, AME Minister and Executive Director of Perspectives on Farms & Gardens.

Activities may include Pumpkin Carving, Campfire Cooking at the Gunn/J Pond, Shadow-a-Farmer, Composting, Nature Walk & Nature Art, Swimming & Fishing, Gardening, Scavenger Hunt, Seed to Harvest Relay, and Animal and Wildlife Care. 

Space is limited, and advanced registration is required. 

A signed waiver from a legal guardian will be required for participation. We ask that participants bring the following items to camp: 

• Lunch or Large Snack
• Refillable Water Bottle
• Sunscreen or Wear Sun-Protectant Clothing
• Change of Clothes
• Signed waiver 

We ask that campers wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes for walking out in nature and on a farm.
